Even people who aren't in the industry can sense that Storage Wars really embellishes the auction process. I would like to see more junk units, even if it's just a short clip, so it's more believable (and better in terms of continuity). It's a lot like televised poker reruns. They shorten the game and take out all the boring hands. I'd rather see a play-by-play so I can get a feel for how the pros play, rather than just how they play the fun hands. The business next door put in a new pole with what looked like cable or phone. I called Comcast last week and someone came out to check it out. It is phone. I was told the phone Company puts their wire on the top so the cable company can't use it. (They have to be so many inces above phone line). Comcast sent me a new estimate of $7000.
